Finisher Assistant

As a Finisher Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced finishers to assist in the final stages of production. Your main responsibilities will include sanding, polishing, and buffing surfaces to ensure a smooth and flawless finish. You will also be responsible for inspecting finished products for any imperfections and making necessary touch-ups.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a keen eye for detail and strong hand-eye coordination. You should also be physically fit as this role requires standing for extended periods of time and lifting heavy objects. While previous experience in finishing is not required, some knowledge of different types of finishes and polishing techniques is preferred.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment. As a Finisher Assistant, you will collaborate with fellow finishers and other members of the production team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
