Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Ain, Nepal. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and creating detailed maps and plans for land development projects. You will also be responsible for analyzing data from surveys and producing reports for clients.

Requirements:
- Degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Knowledge of land surveying laws and regulations
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and topographical features
- Use various tools such as GPS, theodolites, and levels to collect data
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps and plans using computer software
- Prepare reports on survey findings for clients
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams on land development projects

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
