Loader Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Supervisor to oversee our loading operations in El-Ain. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with team members and manage multiple tasks at once.

As the Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the loading of goods onto trucks or other forms of transportation. This includes managing a team of loaders, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and monitoring the quality and accuracy of loaded goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders, providing guidance and support as needed
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure timely loading of goods
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed at all times
- Monitor the quality and accuracy of loaded goods
- Communicate with transportation companies to coordinate loading schedules
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods and any issues that arise during loading
- Train new loaders on proper techniques for safe and efficient loading

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or warehouse management is preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse or transportation environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of safety protocols for loading operations
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or errors during loading process

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Please note that this job is open to Indian nationals who have their own visa in El-Ain. Accommodation will not be provided.
