Executive Chef
We are in need of an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our 5-star restaurant in the bustling city of São Paulo. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu creation to food preparation and presentation.
Key responsibilities include managing and training a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring high quality and consistency in all dishes, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. You will also be in charge of ordering supplies, controlling costs, and creating new menu items that cater to the preferences of our diverse clientele.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Chef, with previous experience as an Executive Chef preferred. A culinary degree or equivalent certification is required. The ability to work well under pressure, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication are also essential for this role.
If you are passionate about creating innovative and delicious dishes while leading a team to success, we would love to have you on board as our Executive Chef. Competitive salary of $1300 per month offered. Applicants must be willing to relocate to São Paulo if not already based in the city. Brazilian nationality is preferred but not required.
