Technical Support Specialist (Computer) - Acre, Israel

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients while troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong knowledge of computer systems and experience with troubleshooting techniques. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic or Urdu is preferred. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. Biometric passport required for travel.

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Arabic or Urdu is preferred
- Must have a biometric passport for travel

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new user accounts, profiles, email accounts, etc.
- Diagnose and solve technical problems related to hardware, software or network issues
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or IT specialists when necessary
- Keep track of customer interactions using our CRM system
- Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their reported issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service
