Plasterer

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Sheduva. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth and even finishes. You will also be expected to repair and replace damaged plaster as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the construction industry, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but specific training or certification may also be preferred. This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month.

As a Plasterer, you will be expected to have excellent hand-eye coordination and physical strength, as well as the ability to work in various weather conditions. You must also possess strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Your responsibilities will include preparing surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents if necessary. You will then mix plaster according to specifications and apply it evenly using various tools such as trowels, brushes, or spray guns.

In addition to applying new plaster, you may also be required to repair or replace damaged areas by removing old plaster and filling in any cracks or holes before applying new material. This requires attention to detail and precision in order to achieve a smooth and seamless finish. As a member of our team, you will also need to maintain a clean workspace and properly store all tools and materials when not in use.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with different types of plaster such as lime-based or acrylic-based plasters. Familiarity with different application techniques such as stucco or drywall is also desirable. Additionally, having knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction sites is important.
