Heavy Equipment Operator


We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Sheduva, Pakistan. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, and loaders. Your main objective will be to safely and efficiently move materials and perform tasks related to construction and earthwork projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, and loaders
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other project plans
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met
- Ensure that equipment is operated within its capacity limits
- Monitor surroundings for potential hazards or obstacles that could impact operations
- Complete daily logs of equipment usage and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid operator’s license for the specific type of heavy equipment being operated
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
