A reputable land surveying firm in Kaunas is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and providing accurate measurements and data for various construction projects, property divisions, or mapping purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and level instruments
- Record measurements, elevations, and other data accurately and efficiently
- Perform mathematical calculations to determine land boundaries and areas
- Produce detailed reports and maps based on survey results
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the field
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Familiarity with surveying equipment including GPS, total stations, and level instruments
- Proficient in using computer programs such as AutoCAD or GIS software
- Ability to interpret legal documents related to land ownership
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Contract Job:
This is a full-time contract position with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance.

Experience Required:
We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.

Visa Sponsorship:
Candidates must hold their own valid visa to work in Kaunas. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Freshers Welcome:
Fresh graduates with relevant education or training are also welcome to apply for this position. We provide on-the-job training for candidates without prior work experience.

Location Preference:
