Architectural Technologist - Siauliai, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and documents for construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are accurate, efficient, and compliant with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop construction plans that meet project requirements
- Review and analyze building specifications to ensure compliance with local building codes
- Prepare materials and cost estimates for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and information for drawings
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards, techniques, and best practices in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Lithuania
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: 1800$ monthly (negotiable based on experience)
