Heavy Equipment Operator

We are searching for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and perform construction tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per week along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or damages
- Use equipment to move materials, load trucks, excavate land, or perform other construction tasks as needed
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while operating equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation of projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read project plans and specifications
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred:
- Experience working on construction projects in Norway or similar European countries
- Fluency in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language
