Job Title: Sales Manager (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Malindi. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve company growth targets. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Train and onboard new sales team members

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid work visa for Kenya (own visa preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
