Chemical Engineer

We are in need of a skilled Chemical Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Kenya. As a Chemical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing chemical processes and equipment. Your main goal will be to improve production efficiency and ensure the safety and quality of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and develop new chemical products and processes
- Design and oversee the construction of new plants or modifications to existing ones
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Optimize production by analyzing data and making improvements to equipment or processes
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Develop cost-effective solutions for improving production efficiency
- Collaborate with other engineers and scientists to develop new products or improve existing ones
- Train plant operators on proper use of equipment and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in computer programs such as MS Office and CAD software

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Ar-Ruwais, Kenya. Accommodation will not be provided.
