Administrator (Jeddah)
A reputable company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$, suitable for both Kenyan and foreign candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain company databases and records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees
- Support other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
