Job Title: Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our busy and successful restaurant in the beautiful city of Remish. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the profitability of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, overseeing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Train and develop staff members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Develop relationships with vendors to ensure quality products are received at competitive prices
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health codes, labor laws, and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month. In addition to salary, we also provide accommodation for foreign employees as well as visa sponsorship for all nationalities.
