Restaurant Manager in Remish, Africa


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Remish, Africa. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant including managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring financial success. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, schedule and supervise staff members
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain proper inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create weekly schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Handle financial aspects of the restaurant including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
- Conduct regular staff meetings to address any concerns or provide updates on company policies or procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control measures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Salary:
$1300 USD per month with potential for bonuses based on performance

Remish, Africa
