As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, shopping centers, and hotels. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients for approval
- Oversee construction process and ensure adherence to design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
