Machine Learning Engineer - Washington, DC, USA (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to improve our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to improve product performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Conduct research on new techniques and technologies in the field of machine learning
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Create documentation for code, models, and experiments
- Communicate findings and results to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java or C++
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of data mining techniques and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
- Experience working with natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
