Radio Technician


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio communication equipment. You will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections and troubleshooting any issues with the equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio communication equipment such as transmitters, receivers, antennas, and related equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Troubleshoot any issues with the equipment and make necessary repairs or replacements.
- Test new or repaired equipment to ensure it meets specifications.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on equipment.
- Stay updated on new technology and advancements in the field of radio communication.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of radio communication systems and equipment.
- Familiarity with electronic testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Good physical stamina for climbing towers or working in confined spaces.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Los Angeles

Preference will be given to Kenyan candidates. However, candidates from other nationalities are also welcome to apply. No English language proficiency is required for this position.
