Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Khasab. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Coordinate with government agencies for necessary permits and approvals
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team of professionals
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
