Commercial Architect - Herzliya, Israel
We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail stores, and other commercial properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative designs that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for commercial projects
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models for commercial buildings
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Manage the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Make necessary changes or adjustments to designs as needed based on client feedback or site conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
This is a full-time position with potential for growth within our company. We offer visa sponsorship for non-Israeli candidates.
