Commercial Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Your role will involve coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects. You should also have strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software, as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the design process.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their project requirements
- Create detailed drawings and plans using design software
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans
- Make changes to designs as needed based on client feedback or site conditions
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1300 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates from Pakistan or Kenya who meet the job requirements. This role may also be suitable for someone looking for part-time work.
