Teamlead - Indian English Speaker (Contract) in Vilnius, Lithuania

We are in need of a motivated and skilled Teamlead to oversee our team of English speaking professionals in Vilnius. As an Indian English speaker, you will be responsible for managing and developing the team, ensuring high-quality work and meeting project deadlines. This is a contract position suitable for candidates without prior experience in a team lead role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of English speaking professionals
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Coordinate with project managers to assign tasks and ensure timely completion
- Manage project timelines and meet established deadlines
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members

Requirements:
- Fluency in Indian English is a must, knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Prior experience as a team lead or supervisor is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Salary:
This is a contract position paying 1700$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Candidates from other locations are welcome to apply but must be able to relocate at their own expense.
