Barista - English Speaking, Seasonal, Bungoma


We are in search of a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team in Bungoma for a seasonal position. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for taking customer orders, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Nepali language skills preferred)
- Prior experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including tables, counters, equipment, and floors
- Stock supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
