Job Title: Office Assistant (Malayalee)

Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the office
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Ensure the office is clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam language (written and spoken)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
