Fitter Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter Technician to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Fitter Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical equipment and systems. This includes reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and performing quality control checks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and systems
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine work procedures
- Use hand and power tools to assemble parts or components
- Perform quality control checks to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to mechanical problems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Fitter Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade certification in fitting or related field
- Experience working in industrial or manufacturing settings
- Knowledge of welding techniques
- Basic computer skills

Salary:
$1400 per month
