Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Doha is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and properties using specialized equipment and software. Your main duties will include preparing survey reports, analyzing data, and creating detailed maps and plans for construction projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other relevant information for construction projects.
- Use specialized equipment to measure distances and angles accurately.
- Prepare survey reports containing detailed measurements, calculations, and drawings.
- Analyze data from surveys to create maps, plans, and profiles.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying.
- Keep updated on new surveying techniques and tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$, along with medical insurance. This position is open for Indian nationals only. Please note that English proficiency is not required for this job. However, candidates must have a valid work visa for Qatar.
