We are in search of a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various industrial structures and equipment. Your duties will include sanding, priming, and applying paint to surfaces using various tools and techniques. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial painting and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, pressure washing, and applying primer
- Mix paint to desired consistency and color
- Apply paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Monitor drying times and apply additional coats as needed
- Clean and maintain painting equipment after each use
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an industrial painter
- Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and application methods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment if needed
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions

Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working with industrial structures or equipment
- Ability to read blueprints or schematics
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to painting in an industrial setting
