We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks according to blueprints and specifications. You will also be required to maintain and repair welding equipment as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine welding requirements
- Select appropriate materials and tools for each job
- Set up welding equipment according to specifications
- Operate welding equipment to join metal components together
- Monitor machine settings and make necessary adjustments during the welding process
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder is required
- Must have experience with different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Biometric passport is preferred
