Quality Assurance Tester


We are a fast-growing software company in Atlanta seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for testing our software products and ensuring they meet high-quality standards before release. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated tests on our software products to identify any defects or issues
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on potential quality risks
- Keep track of all testing activities and report on progress to the project manager
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures for increased efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in software quality assurance/testing
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium or JIRA
- Ability to write clear, concise, and detailed test plans, cases, and reports
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- ISTQB or other software testing certifications
- Experience working on Agile development teams
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
