CNC Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team in Pula. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to produce precise and accurate parts based on technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to production schedules and instructions
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain and clean machines regularly to ensure optimal performance
- Keep accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification in mechanical engineering or related field
- Previous experience as a CNC operator preferred but not required
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
