We are in search of a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform cutting, drilling, milling, and other machining operations on various materials. This position requires someone with experience in operating CNC machines and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy of cuts and dimensions
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with various types of materials used in machining processes
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills in English
