As a Factory Line Worker in our manufacturing facility located in Split, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the production line. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line according to set standards and procedures
- Inspect and package products according to quality control guidelines
- Monitor machines for any malfunctions or defects and report any issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily quotas
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the production line

Requirements:
- Previous experience working on a factory production line is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail with strong manual dexterity
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Split without requiring accommodation or visa sponsorship.
