Land Surveyor in Jizan, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries and create accurate maps and measurements. You will also work closely with engineers and architects to ensure that construction projects are aligned with legal requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Create accurate maps and measurements of land boundaries, topography, and existing structures
- Analyze survey data to identify any discrepancies or errors
- Communicate with engineers and architects to ensure that construction projects adhere to legal requirements and specifications
- Prepare reports and drawings based on survey findings
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying in Saudi Arabia
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies or errors in survey data
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jizan, Saudi Arabia (accommodation not provided)

Nationality: Preference for Saudi Arabian or GCC nationals

Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is an advantage)
