As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods for our customers. Your main duties will include preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other sweet treats. You must have a passion for baking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Ensure all products are consistently high quality and visually appealing
- Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency in taste and appearance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker is preferred
- Must have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks at once
- Good communication skills in English
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (accommodation provided)

Visa: Free visa provided by the company

Ticket: Company will provide one-way ticket for the successful candidate.
