Restaurant Manager for Egyptian Cuisine in Kaunas


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Egyptian cuisine restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Create work schedules and assign duties to employees
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Develop marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred (but not required)
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Biometric passport (if not an EU citizen)
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
