Administrative Assistant

We are a rapidly growing company looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in St. Petersburg. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion. Prior administrative experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to appropriate parties
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Drafting and preparing correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Monitoring office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Coordinating meetings and events, including making arrangements for catering or audiovisual equipment as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with occasional overtime hours during busy periods.
