Industrial Painter


A reputable industrial company in Eldoret is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for painting and coating various industrial equipment and structures to ensure their protection and aesthetic appeal. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in industrial painting and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Apply paint or coatings using airless, conventional, or electrostatic spray equipment
- Ensure proper mixing of paints and application of correct thickness
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct quality checks on finished work to ensure it meets company standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Experience working with different types of paints and coatings
- Ability to read and follow technical specifications and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to painting in an industrial setting
- Good communication skills, able to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Eldoret, Kenya. While preference will be given to local candidates, we welcome applicants from other parts of Africa or foreigners who are legally authorized to work in Kenya.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension or permanent employment based on performance.
