Project Manager (Contract) - Multan, Pakistan

As a Project Manager in our fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects to ensure they are completed within budget, on time, and meet the desired quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, set timelines and milestones, monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources and risks
- Communicate project goals, timelines and deliverables to team members
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates on project status
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining high quality standards
- Prepare and present reports on project progress to stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, engineering)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programs

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Project Management or related field
- PMP certification
