We are an established retail store in Alta, Norway looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Scan and process items accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
