Sales Manager
We are a fast-growing company in Kaunas, seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions accordingly.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with bonuses based on performance. This position is open for Indian nationals who are fluent in English. Students are also welcome to apply if they meet the requirements. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role; therefore, candidates must have their own valid visa.
