We are hiring a skilled Malayalam Tutor to provide personalized instruction to students in Bungoma. As a Malayalam Tutor, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans, assessing student's language proficiency, and providing feedback for improvement. You must have a strong understanding of the Malayalam language and culture, as well as experience teaching language to non-native speakers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on student's needs and goals
- Teach basic grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure of the Malayalam language
- Assess student's progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Incorporate cultural aspects into lessons to enhance understanding of the language
- Utilize various teaching methods and materials to keep students engaged and motivated
- Monitor student's performance and adjust teaching techniques accordingly

Requirements:
- Native or fluent speaker of the Malayalam language
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching Malayalam to non-native speakers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Patience and understanding towards different learning styles
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
