We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Ashdod! As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers, ensuring that they are displayed and stocked properly in various retail outlets.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with sales team to develop promotional plans for products
- Create appealing displays in retail stores to attract customers
- Train store staff on product features and benefits
- Monitor competitor activities and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and principles
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently

Preferred:
- Experience in the retail industry
- Knowledge of the Filipino community
- Fluent in Tagalog or other Filipino dialects

Salary: $1600/monthly (Negotiable based on experience)
