Online Consultant - Al Hufuf, Saudi Arabia


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Al Hufuf, Saudi Arabia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online channels.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media to provide timely and accurate information
- Understand and address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences
- Assist in resolving any issues or complaints raised by clients with the aim of maintaining customer satisfaction
- Keep track of client interactions and maintain accurate records using our customer relationship management system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an Online Consultant or Customer Service Representative
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in using various online communication tools such as email, chat, social media platforms, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) on a flexible schedule including weekends if needed

Salary: $1600 per month (tax-free) plus benefits
