Personal Trainer - Fitness Coach (Abu-Dhabi, UAE)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans, conducting one-on-one training sessions, and leading group fitness classes. You will work closely with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

As a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach, you will have a thorough understanding of exercise science and nutrition principles. You will use this knowledge to design customized training programs that meet the individual needs and abilities of each client. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' fitness levels, health conditions, and personal goals
- Develop personalized training programs based on assessment results
- Provide instruction and guidance on proper exercise techniques
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans
- Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness goals
- Lead group fitness classes such as yoga, Pilates, or HIIT workouts
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends and research

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach qualification (ACE, NASM, ACSM or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in personal training or group fitness instruction
- Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to create personalized training programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals
- Flexible schedule to accommodate early morning or evening sessions if needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. This is a contract job without accommodation, so candidates must have their own visa and be able to legally work in Abu Dhabi.
