To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef and hold a degree or certificate in pastry arts. You must also have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
