Indian Pastry Chef - Ufa, Russia


We are seeking an experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of traditional Indian desserts and pastries for our restaurant. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare traditional Indian desserts and pastries for our restaurant
- Develop new dessert and pastry recipes based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
- Monitor ingredient inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all food is prepared in a sanitary and timely manner
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in an Indian restaurant or bakery setting
- Knowledge of traditional Indian desserts and pastries such as gulab jamun, ras malai, jalebi, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills to effectively train and supervise kitchen staff
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
