Entry-Level Waiter/Waitress



A busy restaurant in Bergen is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Waiter/Waitress. This is a perfect opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
- Clear tables and assist with cleaning duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but hospitality experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior staff members
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
