We are a leading architectural firm based in Alta, seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and construction, with a passion for innovative and sustainable building practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop architectural plans and drawings
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design projects
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and material lists for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design process
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology and materials

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design and drafting
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, visual)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
