We are in need of a skilled and experienced Slinger to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Slinger, your primary responsibility will be to safely and efficiently move materials and equipment around the construction site using a crane. You will be responsible for ensuring that materials are properly secured and loaded onto the crane, as well as directing the crane operator to ensure smooth movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a crane to move materials and equipment around the construction site.
- Properly secure materials onto the crane before lifting.
- Direct the crane operator using hand signals or a radio system.
- Inspect rigging equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Slinger on construction sites.
- Valid certification for operating cranes or rigging equipment.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to operating cranes.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Good communication skills in English.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month, along with accommodation for our employees.
