As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in retail merchandising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans that align with company objectives
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and accurate inventory levels
- Create attractive displays that highlight products and drive sales
- Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments to merchandising strategies
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate pricing, discounts, and promotions
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in retail merchandising or marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: $1100 per month
